  • Integrated coffee machine display shows that the tank is full. If the water tank is full and the message appears, the tank may not have been fitted correctly.

Resolution

1. Insert the water tank correctly in place and gently push it to the bottom.

2. Contact an Authorized Service Centre

If the above advice do not resolve the problem, we recommend requesting a visit by a service engineer.

NOTE: Depending on the problem, you may be charged for a service visit by an engineer, even during the warranty period.
