Washing machine displays three dashes

 

 

If the washing machine displays three dashes, indicates the washing machine has finished the cycle with the “CHILD LOCK” enabled and the washing machine is then switched off using the selector button or a power outage occurs.

  • Three dashes may appear on the display when the washing machine is switched on.

Solution:

  • Reset the machine by switching off the power and reconnecting after approx. 1 minute.
  • Then disable the child safety lock, as instructed in the user manual. (If you do not have your user manual, refer to Where can I find the user manual for my appliance?).

Unplug the washing machine.

Insert the plug in the socket after approx. 1 minute.

  • Then disable the child safety lock, as instructed in the user manual.

NOTE: Depending on the problem, you may be charged for a service visit by an engineer, even during the warranty period.

Warning: We do not recommend using the product until the problem has been completely fixed. Unplug the product and do not plug it in again until you are certain that it is OK to do so.
