Washing machine’s inlet hose is leaking

If the inlet hose is leaking, please refer to the suggestions below.

To solve this problem, you should check the following:

  • Inspect the inlet pipe adapter on the wall or water tap.
  • Check if the pipe connection is screwed on and tightened properly.
  • Check if there is no leak coming from the tap.
  • If you discover that the tap is leaking, you should call a plumber to get the problem fixed.

Warning: Do not use pliers or any other similar tool to tighten the pipe connection. It should be tightened only by hand!

  • Check the water supply connection to the inlet of the machine.
  • The connection should be screwed on and tightened properly.

IMPORTANT: 

  • If the hose is damaged (separated or cracked), disconnect the water supply to the machine and contact Authorized Service Center.
  • If the appliance is still under warranty, we will send you a new spare part free of charge and you can replace it yourself.

If the appliance is under warranty, we will send you a new spare part at no charge, which you can replace by yourself. Please contact an Authorized Service Center.
