If the Hob displays error message F, refer to the suggestions below for step by step instructions.
The message shows continuously:
- Connection error or phase connection is missing.
- The cooker hot plate must be connected by an Authorized Service Center in 2 or 3 separate phases.
The message shows as a flashing symbol:
- Problem related to the registration of the saucepan.
- The saucepan must have specific material characteristics, a minimum diameter and thickness per cooking zone. Refer to the user manual.

When contacting us, please have the following information to hand. You will find this information on the manufacturer’s data plate:
- Model number
- Product number (PNC)
- ELC number
- Serial number
