Resolution

1. Check the coarseness of the coffee powder and restore the button’s position to the factory setting (position 4 and 5).

NOTE: Turn the button only when the grinder’s motor is operating.

Continue one click at a time until the coffee is how you want it. The effect will not be visible until two cups of coffee have been brewed. It is not recommended that you leave the packet of coffee open for more than 10 days.

2. Contact an Authorized Service Centre

If the above suggestions do not resolve the issue, we recommend contacting an Authorized Service Centre.

NOTE: Depending on the problem, you may be charged for a service visit by an engineer, even during the warranty period.
